Q:  What's boot camp really like?  Will it be too hard, too easy?
 
Diary excerpts from a real Boot-Camper!

1st week:
   "What the heck have I gotten myself into?  I can't do half of what these other ladies are doing and I can barely breathe; felt sick to my stomach a few times.  I'll be lucky to finish the first week."
 
2nd week:  "I can finally walk without pain today.  I never want to work this hard again, but maybe I'll try to finish all four weeks to avoid embarrassment at work." 

3rd week:
  "Don't tell anybody, but I almost enjoyed myself today.  Neat ladies in class and they're talking about signing up again...weird."

4th week:
  "I am such a stud!  I decreased my mile time by almost 2 minutes and can do almost all of the abs exercises without dying. The last day games were exhausting but a blast, and I even won a prize for perfect attendance!  Thinking about coming back next session; hate to lose my momentum :-)"
