What is Adventure Boot Camp?
Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week outdoor fitness program designed for women of all levels. 
Our workouts are designed to maximize fun while providing a great workout for both the upper and lower body - with a special concentration on Women's "Problem" areas such as butt, thighs and abs!  Unlike the gym, every day is completely different! 

You will increase your energy, lose weight and inches!  Each
camp session is 4-weeks long, with a 3- 4- or 5-day option AND 2 free Saturday classes!

Beware of imitation boot camps!


All campers receive a free pre- and post-evaluation (you've worked hard, let's see your progress!), a camp t-shirt, and nutritional guidance, giving you the tools for maximum fat-burning and toning results! 

You will learn what foods increase your energy, rev up your metabolism and help you burn fat twice as fast!

No two workouts are ever the same!  We will constantly change up the program to challenge your muscles and avoid the dreaded "plateau!"

How do you get us into our fat-burning zone?  
Each week focuses on a different style of training, which keeps your body from becoming accustomed to a particular workout or set of exercises - the key to fat-burning success!


You'll do circuit sets composed of  resistance training (dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga & Pilates ), cardio sets (plyometrics, jump rope, short- distance running or power- walking), cellulite-burning lunges and squats, and lots of  core and abs work!

Remember, there are low-impact "alternatives" for anyone just gaining momentum in their exercise program, but you will always be encouraged to get OUT of your comfort level.  You can't be comfy and expect results! (We have a new "Beginners Class" too!)
