is Adventure Boot Camp for Women??
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional
counseling & motivational training provided by Certified
Trainer and fitness expert, Suzanne Stringfellow.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than
they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home
unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome
to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
You will inspire and be inspired by others.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running
(less than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope,
circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups,
Pilates, surprises, and more! This technique was developed
by fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.
Adventure Boot Camp is located in
Anaheim Hills, Brea & Fullerton, CA. Directions will be given at first assessment.
Many of our campers drive from local surrounding areas and as
far away as Newport Beach, Chino and Riverside. On select days,
campers will travel a short distance away for a fun cardio day. You will receive your schedule prior to camp.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one
hour during the four-week program. All participants will be
expected to arrive on time.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), water bottle,
running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase
hand weights at any Target or Sporting Goods Store, and running
shoes at The Running Lab in Orange. There are several businesses that offer
special incentives for our campers. You will be given coupons
for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.
Why should I participate?
You should make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain
more confidence and self-esteem! Camp exercises include programs
designed to:
firm your butt and thighs,
flatten your stomach,
reduce body fat, and
increase strength and stamina.
By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches
and gain strength -- and you‘ll look and feel better.
In addition, you’ll meet great people who share your
same goals for acquiring a more healthy mind and body.
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299(5-day
program), $245 (4-day program), or $199 (3-day program).
The 5-day program is $14.95
per hour, and the 3-
and 4-day programs are about a dollar more per day. Where else can you get premiere or
cutting edge
fitness instruction for that incredible price?
Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full
5-day-per-week program.
We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. You
will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach prior to the
start of camp. Once we receive your registration information
you will be notified to make an appointment.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of
your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us
prior to your session start date; however, we
will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are
notified after your session begins, we can only give you a
credit towards another boot camp. This credit is
nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not
negotiable.
