The Advanced Camp is back! Sign up soon to
reserve your spot. We will limit registration to 15
campers max.
This 6-day camp will
take place during the regular two-week break:
Monday, March 31 - Saturday, April
5th
All classes will be held at Craig Park
at 5:30 a.m. EXCEPT Saturday, April 5, which will meet at 6:15
a.m.!
REQUIREMENTS: All participants should be able to get
"close" to the following:
- 10-minute mile (cardio & lower body strength)
- 10 on-the-toes pushups (upper body strength)
- 1-minute plank (core strength)
What if I can do a 10.15 mile and 8 pushups, is that
close enough?
Probably, as long as you don't mind pushing yourself just a
tad harder for a few days!

Where and what time will we meet? All days will
meet on the basketball courts at Craig Park. Park in
the church lot at Rolling Hills & St. College. Proceed
down the ramp to the first basketball court.
Will you have another Advanced Camp?
Yes!

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5 *AND* 8 lbs.), water
bottle, relatively new and properly fitted running shoes,
and a lot of determination!
What will we do?
Get ready to sweat! In this Special
6-Day Advanced Camp, your calorie burn will be much greater.
You will see dramatic improvement in your strength
and speed! We will be
incorporating the Sprint 8 method of training.
Anaerobic Sprint 8 workouts unleash the most powerful
body-fat-cutting, muscle-toning and anti-middle-aging
substance known in science! We will also be using our
weights to strengthen and define our muscles, while adding
intensity to our cardio.
What is the cost (investment in
myself)?
The 6-Day Advanced Camp investment is just $90. Sorry,
there are no other options for this camp. We have a mission!
