Grenda Lee instructs at
the W. Fullerton site. Grenda is a NESTA certified personal
trainer with an Adult CPR and First Aid certificate. A
great sense of humor and a little bit sassy, she'll keep you on
your toes! Grenda has two little ones of her own, is a
part-time social worker and also owns a Robeks juice store!
W. Fullerton Boot Camp: The W. Fullerton Boot Camp is
held at Parks Jr. H. S.

Shelley Goble
instructs at the La Habra site. Shelley is full of energy and
always raring to go. She's been with us since '06, is a
certified AFAA
and NESTA personal trainer
and an avid health enthusiast. She
is also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid.
Shelley undoubtedly will be handing out
many of her favorite healthy recipes!

Sheila Boon

East Fullerton Beginners Boot
Camp: Due to popular demand, we now have a
boot camp for beginners! If you or someone you
know would love more one-on-one attention because of special
limitations such as weight
or injuries, or just feel a bit
clumsy for the regular boot camps, this might be the class
for you. You'll love the small class size and
hands-on instruction in this new class.

JAIME
HOBEN owns and operates the
Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda and Villa Park Boot Camps.
She is a NESTA Certified boot
camp instructor,
also Certified in Personal Training and Nutrition
through AFAA and NESTA. Jaime has been in the fitness
industry and playing sports including
soccer, running, volleyball, swimming, and softball
(soccer is her favorite!) since the
age of 4, and Nationally Certified since 2001. |

created by John Spencer Ellis. He is the President of NESTA (National
Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) and the
Spencer Institute for Life Coaching. Combined, these two
professional associations have 40,000 members in 20 countries.
John is on the Advisory Board for the American Association of
Personal Trainers, Get America Fit Foundation, and is a Fellow
of the National Board of Fitness Examiners. John is the author
of
"How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal
Fitness," a contributor to "Power of Champions," and
the Fitness Editor of OC Flair magazine. He is the
creator of Adventure Boot Camp, the largest fitness boot camp
program in the world, with locations in eight countries.

Christina Lucy
handles the program development and administration at Spencer
Escape. Christina has run competitively
for over 10 years and now coaches full time. Christina is an
RRCA certified running coach, POSE Method certified running
coach level 1, NESTA certified personal trainer, PACE circuit
training instructor, certified personal fitness chef and
certified online personal trainer. She holds a bachelors
degree in marketing and taught group fitness for over 12
years. She co-developed the Adventure Boot Camp educational
program and has training in ropes course facilitation.
