Suzanne Stringfellow is
an AFAA Certified
Personal Trainer, NESTA Certified Boot Camp Instructor
and Certified Sports Nutritionist. She is also
certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. Suzanne has been in the fitness industry and a running enthusiast for over 20 years.
Warning: She has little sympathy for those who refuse to
follow the 80/20 rule to achieve the figure, confidence, fitness
and energy of their dreams! Suzanne will fill you in on
the 80/20 rule at your pre-evaluation!
Suzanne instructs the 5:30 a.m. E. Brea camp,
the 6:30 p.m. Fullerton camp and the 8:15 a.m.
Craig Park camp.

Grenda Lee instructs at
the W. Fullerton site. Grenda is a NESTA certified personal
trainer with an Adult CPR and First Aid certificate. A
great sense of humor and a little bit sassy, she'll keep you on
your toes! Grenda has two little ones of her own, is a
part-time social worker and also owns a Robeks juice store!
W. Fullerton Boot Camp: The W. Fullerton Boot Camp is
held at Parks Jr. H. S.

Shelley Goble
instructs at the Anaheim Hills and Fullerton sites.
Shelley is a
devoted fitness enthusiast and runner, as well as a
Certified Personal Trainer.
Shelley is completing a degree in Nutritional Science degree and
just completed her second half marathon! She's been with us since '06, is a
certified AFAA
and NESTA personal trainer
and an avid health enthusiast. She
is also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. Shelley
undoubtedly will be handing out many of her favorite healthy
recipes!

Sheila Boon
co-nstructs at the Fullerton site. Sheila has also been
with us since '06, is a certified AFAA and NESTA personal
trainer, as well as certified in Adult CPR and First Aid.
She is an avid running enthusiast and has made some amazing changes herself in the last year
and enthusiastically shares her weightloss and fitness
secrets with anyone willing to make the commitment!
