Suzanne Stringfellow

Suzanne Stringfellow - Owner/Program Director/Head Coach

Suzanne Stringfellow is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, NESTA Certified Boot Camp Instructor and Certified Sports Nutritionist. She is also certified in Adult CPR and First Aid. Suzanne has been in the fitness industry and a running enthusiast for over 20 years. Warning: She has little sympathy for those who refuse to follow the 80/20 rule to achieve the figure, confidence, fitness and energy of their dreams! Suzanne will fill you in on the 80/20 rule at your pre-evaluation! Benefits of working with Suzanne and her trainers:  You want results, we want results!  Learn the 3 elements of achieving your goals: Nutritional strategies to help your body "release" fat and double your energy; unique and challenging routines each day, always "chase the burn"; skip the treadmill and learn the cardio secrets that will literally triple your fat loss!

As program director, my passion is creating cutting edge, break-through workouts that work! Each week all instructors meet to plan and develop an exciting game plan of the week (we keep you guessing). Each instructor coaches and inspires, bringing his/her unique personality to the workout!

Remember, living your passion does not mean going hungry or being frustrated. It means being energized and having so much more to share with the world. Consistency in diet and exercise is the key to fitness success!

Suzanne instructs the 5:30 a.m. E. Brea camp, the 6:30 p.m. Fullerton camp and the 8:30 a.m. Craig Park camp.

Jessica instructs at the Anaheim Hills location. She is a certified personal trainer with AFAA and NESTA, certified in Pilates and Martial Arts, and finishing up a B.S. in Nutritional Science and Kinesiology.

Jessica is big on motivating her clients. She has a true passion for fitness. She realizes how hard it is to squeeze in even 1 hour a day to work out in today’s hustle and bustle world. She will make each session challenging, yet fun (yes, buckets of sweat can be fun!).

Benefits of Working with Jessica as a Personal Trainer: Jessica also loves to cook up healthy recipes and share them with her campers - in fact, we all do!  She will motivate you, keeps tabs on you, and even call you if you don't show up. She'll give you that little push when you need it, and we all need it!

Motivational quote:  "If you want what the average person doesn’t have, you must be willing to do what the average person won’t do.  Do what you did, get what you got!"
