is Adventure Boot Camp?
Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week outdoor fitness program
designed to maximize fat loss. All levels work
together and all levels will be challenged.
You will meet an amazing "family" of ladies that support
each other and cheer you on when you need it the most!
As low as $14.95 a day
(see Registration page for
cost options); 4-week sessions (3, 4 or 5 days a
week) camp t-shirt, free Saturday classes,
nutritional strategies that help you double your
progress in boot camp, healthy recipes, and optional pre- and post-evaluations
so you can "see" your progress!
We use a huge variety of specialized exercises and
equipment for the ultimate fat-burning workout,
concentrating on "problem" areas such as butt, thighs and abs!
Unlike the gym, every day is
completely different!

How
do you get us into our fat-burning zone?
Each week focuses on a different
style of training, which keeps your body
from becoming accustomed to a
particular workout or set of
exercises - the key to fat-burning
success!
You'll do circuit sets composed of
resistance training (dumbbells,
resistance bands, yoga & Pilates ),
cardio sets (plyometrics, jump rope,
short- distance running or power-
walking), cellulite-burning lunges
and squats, and lots of core
and abs work!
Remember,
there are low-impact "alternatives"
for anyone just gaining momentum in
their exercise program, but you will
always be encouraged to get OUT of
your comfort level. You can't
be comfy and expect results!
Beginners welcome,
we will show you low-impact
modifications for all exercises.
So...if you're thinking about losing weight and inches or
perhaps getting into that great pair
of jeans,
then Adventure Boot Camp is for you! You'll
meet new friends and work-out buddies and receive daily ongoing motivation from others in the program.
